Gareth de Bruyn
Founder, CEO & Chief Architect

Gareth de Bruyn is a seasoned technology executive and certified SAP consultant with over 30 years of experience in enterprise systems implementation and process optimization. As the Founder, CEO, and Chief Architect of deBCor Engineering, he leads a global team of over 100 platinum-level consultants across the United States, India, Chile, and Costa Rica.

Gareth's expertise encompasses large-scale ERP implementations, technical solutions management, and advisory services for back-end enterprise systems. His industry experience spans oil and gas, healthcare, heavy equipment, aerospace and defense, technology, banking, financial services, consumer goods, and beauty.

Known for his strategic acumen, Gareth is frequently called upon by boards and executive leaders to address challenges at both tactical and strategic levels. He serves as an architect and bridge for organizations aiming to mitigate risk, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiencies.

Gareth began his career as a software developer and has held roles including business analyst, project lead, technical architect, and IT director. In 1997, he founded deBCor Engineering to develop and integrate mobile and payment systems with SAP R3 and S4, focusing on creating seamless user experiences and cost-effective solutions.

Beyond his role at deBCor, Gareth has served in multiple board leadership and advisory positions for tech-enabled companies such as RaVina Labs, STS Capital Partners, WebDoctors.com, and BugZero. He is also an accomplished author, having written over 13 books on the technical aspects of SAP, and serves as a vetted tools and technology instructor for SAP America.

Gareth holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis. He furthered his education by completing the Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD program and the Wharton CTO program.

Tyler Dixon
Chief Marketing Officer, deBCor Engineering

Tyler Dixon is Chief Marketing Officer at deBCor Engineering, where he leads global marketing strategy, brand development, and demand generation for the company’s suite of SAP accelerators, data tools, and enterprise consulting services. With over 15 years of experience in performance marketing, conversion optimization, and business growth strategy, Tyler is a proven operator in building scalable systems that drive measurable impact.

At deBCor, Tyler oversees marketing execution across paid media, content strategy, and sales enablement, positioning the company as a trusted innovation partner within the SAP ecosystem. He works closely with product and executive teams to craft high-converting messaging that resonates with CIOs, technology leaders, and transformation executives across complex industries including oil and gas, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services, and defense.

Tyler’s career spans both agency and founder-led environments. As a growth advisor and entrepreneur, he has led successful campaigns for DTC and B2B brands alike, generating hundreds of millions in revenue through full-funnel acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, and more. His ability to marry data with brand storytelling makes him a uniquely effective leader at the intersection of marketing and strategy.

Tyler is the founder of Convuro, a growth consultancy for emerging brands, and an active owner of companies in pet care, fitness, and food services. He is passionate about helping mission-driven teams accelerate growth with focus, clarity, and operational discipline.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and continues to serve as an advisor to early-stage founders and executive teams navigating scale.

Arun Singh
Vice President, Global Execution & Offshore Operations

Arun Singh is the Director of Offshore Operations and Lead Technical Architect at deBCor Engineering, where he oversees global technical delivery and architecture design across India-based development teams. With 15+ years of SAP consulting experience, Arun is responsible for ensuring high-quality execution of complex enterprise software solutions for clients worldwide.

He began his career at Fujitsu Consulting India (2010–2013) as an SAP Consultant, advancing through technical and leadership roles at Accrete Solutions and ITC Infotech before joining FELITECH Consulting as a Technical Architect. In 2019, Arun brought this depth of technical expertise to deBCor, leading offshore teams in delivering SAP integrations, customizations, and critical backend systems.

At deBCor, Arun manages all aspects of offshore architecture, from resource planning and quality assurance to technical risk mitigation and client collaboration. He excels in designing scalable SAP solutions spanning modules such as S/4 HANA, MM, SD, PP, FICO, TMS, and API integrations, ensuring offshore teams operate with full alignment to onshore strategy and standards.

Arun holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College (2005–2009) and is based in Delhi, India. He is a certified SAP architect and a recognized leader in offshore technical operations, committed to delivering efficient, robust, and scalable enterprise systems that drive client success and operational excellence.
