deBCor Engineering Completes Three-Mark USPTO Trademark Portfolio
Following the May 2026 registration of the DEBCOR ENGINEERING standard-character word mark and the stylized deBCor Engineering wordmark — joining the deBCor “d” device already on the USPTO Principal Register — deBCor Engineering now holds three federally registered trademarks across International Classes 9, 35, 36, and 42, establishing comprehensive brand-defense coverage for the firm’s SAP and AI software portfolio.
Las Vegas, Nevada — May 26, 2026 — deBCor Engineering today confirmed that it now holds three federally registered trademarks on the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Principal Register, completing a three-mark brand-defense strategy that pairs a standard-character word mark with two design marks. The portfolio covers International Classes 9, 35, 36, and 42 — software, business consulting, financial services, and information technology services — the core categories under which deBCor delivers its SAP and AI software products.
The three marks were registered to deBCor Industries, Ltd., a Nevada corporation headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. All three are verifiable on the USPTO Trademark Electronic Search System (TESS) via the registration numbers below.
The three-mark portfolio
Word mark (standard characters)
DEBCOR ENGINEERING
Protects the brand name in any typography, size, font, or color. Standard-character marks deliver the broadest possible defense for a brand name because protection is not tied to a specific visual presentation.
USPTO Reg. No. 8,274,726
Registered May 26, 2026
Serial No. 98-166,897
Design mark
deBCor Engineering (stylized)
Protects the stylized lockup of deBCor Engineering — the stylized term “deBCor” with the top half of the text in a brighter shade than the bottom half, with “ENGINEERING” below.
USPTO Reg. No. 8,274,727
Registered May 26, 2026
Serial No. 98-166,924
Design mark
deBCor “d” device
Protects the stylized letter “d” — the lowercase d with the top half of the text in a brighter shade than the bottom half. The standalone glyph that anchors the deBCor visual identity.
USPTO Reg. No. 7,684,106
Registered Feb. 11, 2025

Why a three-mark strategy
Most firms register one or two trademarks. A triple stack — design device, stylized wordmark, and standard-character word mark — covers the brand from three distinct angles:
- The word mark protects the brand name itself — anyone attempting to use “DEBCOR ENGINEERING” in any typography, color, or layout is infringing, regardless of how the mark is presented.
- The stylized wordmark protects the specific visual identity — the exact deBCor Engineering logo lockup as it appears on products, the website, and in market.
- The design device protects the standalone “d” glyph — usable independently and recognisable as a brand mark on its own.
Combined, the three marks give deBCor Engineering enforceable rights against both literal name infringement and look-alike branding across the firm's core service categories — important as the firm expands its SAP Store product portfolio and its enterprise AI agent footprint.
Part of a broader IP portfolio
The trademark portfolio joins existing institutional IP at deBCor Engineering: three patents pending in enterprise AI integration and agent memory; thirteen published SAP and ABAP technical books across Prima Publishing and Cengage Learning, including the first ABAP textbook ever published (1996) — the foundational text of the SAP University Alliance program, which now reaches more than 3,500 universities globally. deBCor engineers also hold every architect-tier SAP credential SAP currently offers, making the firm one of a small number of SAP partners worldwide credentialed at the full architect level across SAP Enterprise Architect, SAP Solution Architect for BTP, SAP Data Architect for BDC, and SAP LeanIX Enterprise Architecture Consultant.
