DEBCOR Engineering approved for SAP's Business AI Partner-Led Adoption Incentive Program
SAP has onboarded DEBCOR Engineering to its €100 million Business AI Partner-Led Adoption Incentive Program as an approved partner. To help SAP customers act on it, DEBCOR is opening a complimentary one-to-two-week AI assessment to identify a fundable first use case before the program closes at the end of 2026.
At Sapphire 2026, SAP committed €100 million to help its customers move Business AI from planning into production — funding partner-led adoption work on the SAP stack through approved partners, through the end of 2026. DEBCOR Engineering is one of those approved partners.
The catch most teams miss: you cannot enroll yourself. SAP reviews and nominates the customer projects that enter the program, and the customer then selects a partner from SAP's approved pool. DEBCOR is eligible to be selected — not guaranteed — and the funding decision is SAP's alone. What decides whether you get in is a use case worth funding, and that is a conversation, not a form.
So DEBCOR is removing the first barrier with a complimentary one-to-two-week AI assessment — no cost, no obligation — that helps an SAP customer identify that use case, size what it's worth, and determine whether it may qualify for the program.
The program
€100 million, four tiers, through 2026.
SAP's Business AI Partner-Led Adoption Incentive Program funds partner-delivered work across four tiers — Adoption, Launch, Performance, and Enterprise — scaling from activating a single SAP-built AI assistant in one domain up to an enterprise rollout of multiple custom agents and applications. SAP sets the incentive per tier and applies a per-customer cap, confirmed during scoping.
- • The program runs through December 31, 2026, against a finite pool that draws down as projects are approved.
- • The funded work has to be a real, deployed agent or app that SAP can verify — not a proof-of-concept that never ships.
- • Public-sector and government customers are not eligible.
- • Funding is paid by SAP to the partner for approved work — it is not a discount, rebate, or cash payment to the customer, and final scope and approval are SAP's.

The offer · No cost
A complimentary 1–2 week AI assessment.
One to two weeks, at no cost, against your own SAP landscape. You leave with a use case, a value model, an architecture sketch, and a clear read on whether it may qualify for SAP funding — whether or not you engage DEBCOR to build it.
Find the use case worth funding
A focused working session against your SAP estate to surface the AI outcome with the clearest, fastest payoff — the one worth putting in front of SAP.
Size the outcome
We model the value conservatively — the hours it takes back, the cash it protects — so the case rests on numbers, not adjectives.
Sketch the architecture
How the agent lands on your landscape — Joule Studio where SAP has paved it, or the DEBCOR AI Platform via MCP where it hasn't — governed and audited from the first build.
Check the funding fit
Whether the initiative may qualify for the SAP program, which tier it maps to, and the fastest path in. SAP decides; we prepare the case.
Why DEBCOR
An SAP Gold Partner that ships production AI.
SAP Gold Partner
Ranked among the top SAP partners in the USA, with Expert-tier competency in the SAP Business AI Platform.
Dual AI partnerships
An Anthropic Claude Preferred Services Partner and an OpenAI Select Partner — the model gets chosen per workload, not per vendor loyalty.
Production, not slideware
AI agents running on real SAP estates today, delivered to the DEBCOR Damascus™ standard — governance and auditing as architecture, not afterthought.
We carry the load with SAP
You bring the use case; we build the case and navigate SAP's process end to end. The heavy lifting through SAP's approval is ours.
“Every executive is telling their team ‘we want AI.’ Almost no one can articulate what a meaningful, fundable AI outcome actually is. That's the part we do for free — and if it's a fit for SAP's program, we carry the case through their process so you don't have to.”
Gareth de Bruyn · Chief Architect & CEO, DEBCOR Engineering
Bring us a use case. We'll see if SAP will fund it.
The window closes at the end of 2026, and the pool draws down as projects are approved. The first step is a short conversation — and the assessment that follows is on us.
